The 14th UEC Cup will take place in November

Next 14th UEC Cup(Computer Go tournament) will be held on November 26-27th in Japan.
13th UEC Cup was held on March this year. But next March will be inconvenient
for the operation, so 14th tournament will be held next month.
Registration is open until October 31st.
This event will be held online and offline(UEC, Tokyo, Chofu) this year.
We are looking forward to your participation.

The UEC Cup might be an opportunity to advertise this forum to participants. What do you think?

I have a bit lost hope that this forum could become really active, but we have made only little publicity, and it might be worth trying a bit more.

I have thought about running some kind of competition that would be organized here. We should also talk to the ICGA people. As far as I know the ICGA does not have an online place for communication between members. It may be worth talking with them.

Sure, I agree with you. And maybe our posts were too little.
Maybe we should post more about Computer Go, tournament, paper, etc...
It is a bit tough though.
I think it is a nice idea to provide a place where participants of ICGA tournament can exchange information.
