2023 UEC Cup will be held at Nobember 4th - 5th in the University of Electro-Communications, Chofu, Tokyo, Japan.
This year, there will be offline participants only, no online.
Registration starts from September 1th to September 30th.
Server has changed from NNGS to CGOS.

There were 12 programs entry. After preliminary swiss 6 rounds, top 8 programs went to final.
Final was round robin.

The results from 2nd to 4th place were the same, so the preliminary rankings were applied.
CrazyStone 1984 participated in the preliminary league. It's an 8-bit computer. It plays the best policy with small neural network.
In venue, players could play 9x9 games with real 8 bit MO5 machine.
